the room was clean and i guess the minibar was stocked.
The stairs were quite steep, i suppose. the minibar prices were outrageous. Almost £30 for a small bottle of wine? and no one even bothered to ask how my stay was at checkout! how thoughtful.

the staff welcomed me warmly i received a tour of the available facilities. the breakfasts were excellent with both a traditional english breakfast and porridge with fruit and honey. the room i had was super clean warm and comfortable.
the stairs to my second floor room were steep i did not see an advisory about this beforehand.

i found the room very quiet. the mini bar was well-stocked with a variety of drinks and fresh milk, a thoughtful touch. the staff were excellent, proactively addressing needs, particularly during dinner. their attentiveness created a relaxed atmosphere, something i found quite excellent.
i noticed steep stairs to the second floor room, which could be challenging for some guests with mobility issues.

The room was smartly presented, and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and water. I successfully worked the pod coffee machine with some help from YouTube. The bedroom was very comfortable and also offered air conditioning and windows I could open. I really enjoyed excellent margaritas at the bar..
The lighting in the bathroom was not great for makeup application, but I managed to work around it.
